Possible Side-Effects and Interactions of Bontech â products

Side-effects from the use of my products reported to me are rare and insignificant: loose stools from those who don't absorb the magnesium; "fish burps" from the ts-PLUS EPA/DHAä product. Dividing up the daily dose of ts-PLUS CONTROL ä more times during the day (and taken with food) should help the loose stools.  If not, lowering the dose of ts-PLUS CONTROL ä and adding digestive enzymes (papain and bromelain) helps the absorption problem (increasing the ts-PLUS CONTROL ä dose back up after use of digestive enzymes is usually done- remembering to divide it up with food during the day). Keeping the ts-PLUS EPA/DHA ä in the refrigerator/freezer helps the "fish burp" problem.

Do not use my products if there is kidney or liver impairment.  A good healthy checkup is necessary before starting any supplement program.

If there is an allergy to soy or grapes, ts-PLUS CONTROL ä  and/or ts-PLUS Grape-X ä  should not be taken; if there is an allergy to fish ts-PLUS EPA/DHA ä should not be taken.

Do not combine my products with other supplements or meds unless without a qualified physician's knowledge.

Avoid taking Cipro or other fluoroquinoline antibiotics.  There are interactions with ts-PLUS CONTROLäand ts-PLUS Mag Taurate äwith the antibiotics tetracycline and macrodantin and there should be at least 2 hours separating the doses if these must be taken.   If oral diabetes drugs in the sulfonurea family are used have your physician monitor for hypoglycemia.  Do not take Amiloride (potassium-sparing diuretic) when taking these supplements.  If you are taking statins (Lipitor, Zocor, etc.) for cholesterol, do not take ts-PLUS CONTROLä.

Rarely, an initial worsening of symptoms occurs.  Initial worsening of symptoms has been reported by 4 out of 57 people taking the survey on my website statistics page: 3 people who reported this worsening had improvement after 1 month and the other one reported improvement after 2 months.  If there is no soy, grape, or fish allergies and if the label directions of starting with 1/4th the total daily dose of ts-PLUS CONTROL ä (divided by meals) is being followed, then I suggest that if there is an initial worsening of symptoms that the current dose of ts-PLUS CONTROL ä be cut in half until symptoms go back to baseline. You can increase the dose by one capsule every other day, checking for any worsening or improvement. If worsening occurs, back the dose back down to where the symptoms are better and repeat this process of increasing dose and checking until optimum results are reached. If you reach a dose where symptoms are optimal but the dose is not at full suggested dose then I would stay at that lower optimal dose.
